OUR FINISHING AND TREATMENT PROCESSES are where we put our final stamp of unsurpassed quality. We don't JUST sand every piece to a silky smooth finish. Every edge on each slat and every arm paddle on all of our furniture has been individually curved using routers. This means that the possibility that sharp edges could snag your clothes or scratch your legs or hands is greatly reduced (dare we say eliminated?). Using proper routers is better than simply sanding off the edges because it ensures uniformity among all of our pieces of furniture and among every component within each piece. Aside from enhancing its beauty, that means if you order one chair this year and one more next year, the quality and uniformity won't change depending on who's sanding the chair at that time.
