PLEASE NOTE EXCLUSIONS:
  1. Please keep in mind that cedar is a natural wood product, so small variations in the grain and other slight "imperfections" are a part of the natural character and beauty of the product. Therefore minor hairline cracking or "checking" that does not affect the performance of the furniture is not covered.

  2. Any and all breakage or repairs not directly associated with defects in original materials and workmanship including, but not limited to, such as wood rot or disintegration (from exposure to certain types of bugs, molds, ground moisture and other deteriorative substances natural or unnatural), abuse or misuse, and damage occurring during use for which it was not intended (e.g. someone sitting on an arm paddle and breaking it, exceeding normal weight capacity of furniture (such as by trying to squeeze more people on it than it was intended for), etc.).

  3. Damage caused by exposure to various weather patterns such as leaving the furniture outside in the winter, thereby allowing water to penetrate various parts and possibly freeze, thereby expanding and cracking the wood; or damage to any part not suffering from an original defect in material or workmanship that results from the effects of any other weather patterns.

  4. Due to various weather patterns that are beyond our control, the stain treatment is not warranteed in any way for a specific period of time, although you can expect that it will last anywhere from 1.5 - 4 years (sometimes longer) before renewal is necessary.

  5. You may be required to send us the damaged piece for inspection and/or repair, or to furnish us with a photo (digital or by mail) before we send the replacement part in order for us to assess the damage and ensure that it was due to original defects in material and/or workmanship and to assess whether we should repair or replace it.
If we asses the damage not to be due to an original defect in materials and/or workmanship, you will be responsible to pay for the replacement part and shipping.
