BUYER'S
GUIDE: PRODUCT COMPARISON PAGE
Sometimes when you buy online it is difficult to see what you're buying
just from looking at the picture. What's behind the chair? What's underneath?
How solid are the arms? These are questions that you usually won't be able
to answer until you receive the product.
There are many companies out there that will try to convince you that their
product can compare to ours, but beware of the companies who cut corners
in the interest of saving money in production. Small differences that you
probably won't see in the pictures will come back to haunt you in the future
when their furniture starts to fall apart. Below is just a sampling of the
differences that put Adirondack Chair Works on a different level than the
rest.

Notice on the left that the support brace for the back on this
lounge chair is joined to the arm paddle? Also notice how it is
not squared up properly; it is angled. These features make their
joint and arm paddle very weak and loose.
Look at our Chaise Lounge on the right!

|
|
| |
The back supports have separate braces
and are perfectly square. |
Our designs are solid and built to
last!
Their lounge chair sells for the same price as ours does, but they
use ¾" Cedar whereas we use 1" Cedar!
|
 |
|
Look at their chair on the left. It looks
like ours on the right UNTIL YOU LOOK BEHIND IT!
Notice that their upper back brace is half of the thickness of
ours?
Why should you settle for second best?
|
|
 |
 |
Look under their arm paddle on the left.
Do you see how there is no piece supporting the arm? There is only
a piece that rotates when folding.
Now look on the right! We have a piece that rotates when folding
AND a support for the arm rest. The strength of their chair simply
doesn't compare to ours even though they look similar.
|
 |
 |
Notice how the "curve" on their
seat on the left really isn't a curve compared to ours on the right.
This difference makes our chair infinitely more comfortable, yet still
easy to get out of. We dare to compare - do they?
